At RiverPoint Business Park, you choose the lease that fits your business best—whether it’s the freedom of a 1 year flexibility or the stability of a long-term agreement up to 5 years.

What is the security deposit?

At RiverPoint Business Park, we make leasing simple. You can choose a traditional refundable security deposit, or opt for a small, non-refundable monthly security convenience fee that keeps more of your capital free to invest in growing your business.

What is the condition of the space?

Each space includes a finished office with LVT flooring, central heat and air, large office layout, spray foam insulation, 120/240 power service, and two roll-up doors. Built for immediate business use.

Is there room for expansion?

One of the biggest advantages at RiverPoint Business Park is room to grow. As your business expands, you can move into a larger unit or combine spaces if an adjacent unit is available —without being locked into a lease that holds you back.

What is the parking situation?
